Yes, she is a part of Elise, and a great friend of hers. You may notice that Evangeline doesn't have a mouth. That is because she was silenced forever by the enormous amount of pain that was thrust upon her.
Also, you may notice that her eyes do not shine...well that is because her spirit is almost dead. And she is dancing her way to death, gentile and frail, like a rose with no thorns.
What else there is to be done when what is coming to get you cannot be stopped in any way? You go down...but with honor, with no fear but only enjoying your last moments.
